Before you book
The questions we get asked on the phone
If yours is not here, call the clinic. Nobody will push you to book before you have an answer.
Two further questions from the design, insurance cover and pricing, are not answered yet. The mockup marks both as placeholders pending client confirmation (docs/leyantra-client-questions.md E4, E5).
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. You can book directly with us. If your problem needs imaging or a surgical opinion first, we will tell you at the assessment and refer you.
How long will treatment take?
How long each session takes and how many you need is decided at your assessment, not before it. It depends on what is causing the problem and how long you have had it. You will be given an estimate after the first visit rather than asked to buy a package in advance.
Can I see the same clinician every visit?
Yes. You are assigned a clinician at your assessment, based on your condition, and stay with them through your course of treatment at either clinic.
