Terms of Use
The terms that apply to using this website and to appointments booked through it.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Le Yantra Health Care Pvt. Ltd. website and to appointments booked through it. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Separate terms apply to the treatment itself and will be explained to you at your first appointment, including consent to treatment, fees and our cancellation policy.
2. The website does not give medical advice
The information on this website, including our service pages, condition pages and blog articles, is general information about physiotherapy and musculoskeletal health. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for an assessment by a qualified clinician.
Musculoskeletal conditions vary enormously between individuals, and treatment that suits one person may be unsuitable or harmful for another. Do not start, stop or change any treatment, exercise or medication on the basis of something you read here. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your own situation.
Reading this website, contacting us or booking an appointment does not by itself create a clinician-patient relationship. That relationship begins when you attend an appointment and are assessed by one of our clinicians.
3. Emergencies
This website and our appointment system are not for emergencies. If you have severe or sudden symptoms, loss of bladder or bowel control, numbness around the groin, rapidly worsening weakness, chest pain, difficulty breathing, or an injury following a serious accident, go to a hospital emergency department or call emergency services immediately. Do not wait for a physiotherapy appointment.
4. Appointments and booking
- Appointments booked through our website or booking system are requests and are confirmed by us. A booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from the clinic.
- Bookings are handled through an external booking application. Your use of that application is subject to its own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrival may mean a shortened session, as we cannot run over into another patient’s appointment.
- You must give us accurate information about your health. Withholding relevant medical information can make treatment unsafe.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, tell us as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else. The notice we ask for, and anything that may be charged for a missed appointment, are explained to you when your appointment is made.
5. Fees and payment
Fees depend on the assessment and the treatment plan agreed with your clinician, so they are confirmed with you before treatment begins rather than published as a single price. We will tell you what a course of care is expected to cost, and we will tell you if that changes.
Payment is due at the clinic unless we have agreed otherwise with you or with your employer under a corporate programme. Where treatment is billed to an employer or an insurer, the arrangement is explained to you at the time. Any terms that apply to a package of sessions, including whether and how it can be refunded, are given to you in writing before you buy it.
6. Treatment outcomes
We will assess you properly, explain what we think is causing your problem, and give you an honest estimate of how long treatment is likely to take. What we cannot do is guarantee an outcome. Recovery depends on the nature of your condition, how long it has been present, your general health, and how consistently you follow the plan agreed with your clinician.
Any timeframes, ranges or expectations given on this website or in the clinic are estimates based on typical cases, not promises.
7. Content and intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, video, graphics, logos and page design, belongs to Le Yantra Health Care Pvt. Ltd. or is used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, distribute or use our content commercially without our written permission.
The Integrated Bio-Tensegrity Release Method and IBRM are proprietary to Le Yantra Health Care Pvt. Ltd.
8. Testimonials and patient stories
Testimonials published on this site are the genuine views of individual patients, shared with their consent. Individual experiences vary and a testimonial is not a prediction of what treatment will achieve for you.
If you send us a review, testimonial or photograph, you confirm it is your own and you give us permission to publish it on our website and social media. You can ask us to remove it at any time.
9. Blog and educational content
Our blog articles are written or reviewed by our clinicians and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Clinical understanding changes, and an article may not reflect the most current evidence. Articles show a published date and, where applicable, a review date. They remain general information and are not advice about your situation.
10. Links to other websites
Our site links to other websites, including our booking system at crm.leyantra.in, social media profiles and occasionally external resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or privacy practices of any website we do not operate.
11. Availability of the website
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice. Service details, equipment and clinician availability described on the site may change.
12. Limitation of liability
This section is about the website. It does not limit our responsibility for the care we provide.
The content on this site is provided for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general website content, from the site being unavailable or interrupted, or from the content or practices of any website we do not operate and link to.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for the treatment we provide, for death or personal injury, for fraud or misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under Indian law. Your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed, and the version in force is the one published here at the time you use the site.
